You are invited to take advantage of four CDC developed online tools, currently in beta: the Hyattsville CDC Business Directory and the Hyattsville CDC Properties Database, designed to measure and display occupied, vacant and for sale properties across Hyattsville and its environs. In beta, these tools make it easier for stakeholders who contact our staff to continue their research and create informed groupings of market data.
In addition, we are proud to launch a beta Public Art Listing to map the growing population of sculptures, mosaics and murals in and nearby Hyattsville and the Arts District.
