Biz-Art Match-Up Seeks Business Owners

As part of the Art Lives Here Initiative, the Hyattsville CDC is coordinating a business-artist partnership program for businesses in and near the Gateway Arts District. 

Following a two-month search for artists of all types of media, we are now looking for 10-12 businesses to participate.

From May to July, the Program will pair artists and arts professionals of all media with local area businesses, to build a relationship, brainstorm and collaborate on a project that will benefit both parties. For the selected artist’s time/materials, the Program will provide a minimum of $500, coupled with the business owner’s match, for an estimated total of $800-$1000 to each selected artist.

Once you do, you can look through our pool of artists. You can also view a list of brainstormed creative industry services on our website.

Once we’ve received your application, we’d be happy to meet with you to look through our pool of jury-approved, pre-qualified artists.
