09/2007    MD Circuit Court Remands WGL Application ROSP-SE 245-06 Appeal back to the District Council. Appeal deemed not ripe for review, until WGL files ROSP-SE 245-06 application as a Detailed Site Plan for review under the (2006) West Hyattsville TDDP to the Planning Board
