Director Brad Coley tells the story of a Fulbright Scholar and the teenage girls he teaches. Our Little Roses girls’ orphanage in Honduras is a refuge from abandonment, poverty and abuse. But it is a home where a slow process of healing begins, and for one year where Spencer Reece encourages the girls to find their voices in the reading and writing of poetry.
