Our festival remains committed to supporting local artists. To better steward our resources and staffing, we have updated our participation structure.

This year, a limited number of tents and tent weights will be available to rent to help support a smooth, successful setup for our artists. Priority access will be given to exhibitors who are senior citizens or individuals with disabilities, followed by general availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Portals

Base Participation Fee: $130

- Covers exhibit space only. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and chairs unless renting them through the festival. Tents must meet NFPA 701 (National Fire Protection Association) standards and have weights on each corner.

Tent and Tent Weight Rental (Optional): +$60

- A limited number of tents and tent weights are available for rental. Priority is given to senior citizens and individuals with disabilities.

Table and Chair Rental (Optional, with Tent Rental Only): +$40

- Available only to exhibitors who are renting a tent. Includes 1 table and 2 chairs.

$115 Shared Tent Rental Package:

- If you choose this option, the festival will attempt to pair you with another vendor who also selected the shared tent rental. You will be assigned to share one tent, with each vendor having separate tables and chairs.

- Alternatively, if you and a friend or fellow vendor wish to share a space, you can request to pair together, and the festival will attempt to accommodate that request. Please note that both vendors must apply separately and be accepted individually for their own business.

Note: No tablecloths will be provided at any level.
